Delivery Information

Because we ship out of our base in Toronto, transit times will vary depending on your destination:

• Major Urban Centers: Orders shipped to major cities across Ontario and Canada typically arrive quickly through our standard courier networks.

• Far & Rural Locations: For remote, regional, or far-flung rural areas, please allow up to 5 business days for your delivery to safely arrive.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your package leaves our Toronto facility, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress right to your door.

Tracking Updates via Stallion Express

Once we mark your order as Shipped, your package has left our Toronto facility and is officially on its way!

• Tracking Activation: Because Stallion Express hands shipments over to final-mile carriers (like Canada Post or USPS), please note that tracking links may take a little time to update after your order status changes.

• What to Expect: If your tracking page shows "Label Created" or says the tracking number isn't active right away, don't worry—it usually updates within 24 hours once it hits their sorting hub.
